I hereby give notice of the AGM for Petsham Rugby Union Football Club for 2009.

Note the AGM will be held at the Australian Youth Hotel, Bay Street, Glebe at 2pm sharp on Saturday 21 November 2009

Nominations are called for the following honorary positions:

- President

- Secretary

- Treasurer.

- Two ordinary committee members

Nominations for the above positions are to be received in writing by the Secretary (alandonoghue52@hotmail.com) no later than 5pm on Monday 16th November. Any nominations received after this date will not be accepted.

Please note:

- Only fully financial members of the club can be nominated to the above positions;

- Only fully financial members of the club can vote at the AGM;

- All elections for honorary positions will be carried out in accordance with the Club’s constitution.

Following the AGM, there will be a meeting of the new committee.
